In October 1992 we introduced BS EN ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS), which is the international standard for Quality Management Systems. It provides us with a set of principles that ensure a common sense approach to the management of our business activities. Allowing us to consistently achieve customer satisfaction. We are regularly audited to ensure strict compliance with these standards.
We have completed a transition audit to be accredited with the latest standard BS EN ISO 9001:2015.
