We understand Social Value is more important than ever and that’s why we have embedded it into everything we do. We have a five principle theme aligned with Welsh National TOMs.
1 Jobs promoting local skills and employment
2 Growth supporting local business
3 Social fostering healthier, safer and more resilient communities
4 Environment promoting sustainable procurement and greener spaces
5 Innovation promoting new ‘green’ design and social ideas

By partnering with local SMEs to manufacture new and sustainably refurbish existing furniture we are able to create local opportunities, enhance social and economic well-being.
Our partners have seen significant growth - moving to larger premises, investing in new machinery, employing new staff and students as a direct affect of the work we provide.
We are committed to boosting the well-being of future generations.
We continue to make social investments that benefit the lives of local people and communities which include:
• Sports sponsorship, providing funding for
kits, tour buses and promotions
• Armed Forces Covenant
• Heddlu Gwent Police Awards Sponsorship
• National Black Police Association Conference Sponsorship
We offer opportunities to gain valuable real-world experience as part of students curriculum evaluation. Recently Interior Design students from University of Derby designed our Birmingham Workspace, incorporating, collaborative and agile zones.
“We’re thrilled to be part of these great projects, supporting our social value initiatives, creating opportunities, offering real-world guidance and experience to growing talent”
