Warwick Business School has recently undergone a £24.5M five storey extension, which we were awarded through a SUPC issued mini-competition. The extension had been built to complement the existing building and campus, and has achieved a BREEAM rating of ‘excellent’ with an Energy Performance Rating of ‘A’.
Throughout the five floors we installed furniture that would create effective space solutions for specific, functional areas including collaborative-working spaces, a café and seminar/teaching rooms just to name a few.
Supplying products from the likes of Orangebox, Vitra, Boss, James Burleigh and Lyndon among many other brands, we worked towards creating spaces that not only work well but work with the aesthetics of the new building.
The Bosa table, benches and stool by James Burleigh create a modern and multi-functional café space, with a relaxed feel. We’ve used soft seating from Orangebox and Vitra to create pockets of multifunctional space for both students and faculty. This allows the space to be used for study, collaboration and informal meetings.
