A stunning new building, we’re pleased to have been awarded this project and are proud to be breathing new life back into the Belmont Works factory working with Aukett Swank – creating a future to house a collaborative community and support local business growth activities. The new STEAMhouse boasts five storeys of facilities, originally built in 1899 as the headquarters of the Eccles Rubber and Cycle Company! We created an environment that would nurture idea creation through collaboration and co-working.
