We’re proud to introduce 71/72 - a landmark building at the heart of The Kingsway redevelopment project in Swansea city centre. The 104,000 sq ft space has been designed with both work and community in mind, featuring innovative internal and external public areas - for social interaction and events. The transformative work environment that’s set to make
a big impact for local, national and international businesses in South Wales.

We commissioned Morgans Consult to provide comprehensive signage and wayfinding solutions for the entire building, overseeing the implementation, manufacture, and installation across the site. With a variety of facilities and zones across the building, ensuring visitors could navigate the space quickly and easily was essential. The extensive bilingual wayfinding scheme is both impactful and harmonious with the building’s aesthetic.
