SOS Africa - Latest News

July 20, 2023

Just to let you know that the SOS Children are back from their 3-week winter school holidays and the Term 2 School Reports should be available soon!

In the meantime, we wanted to show you some amazing Careers Holiday Workshops arranged by the SOS Team at their Western Cape High School – we are very proud of them.

In other news, building work on at the Gordon’s Bay Education Centre has began. This exciting project funded by the incredibly generous Hermitcraft Community will hopefully be completed by December ready to launch in January 2024. A Building Project Blog on the SOS Africa website will shortly be launched to keep everyone updated along the way.

Lastly, SOS have selected the SOS Africa sponsored children who will join the Grabouw Education Programme in January 2024. Their profile pictures can be found here with more to follow: https://www.sosafrica.com/south-african-children-awaiting-education-sponsorship.htm.

They are a special group with a lot of potential - if you know of anyone who might be interested in sponsoring them, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Thank you for your ongoing support and we will be in touch soon with the latest updates!
