BOF set to begin installation of furniture to South Wales Police's Public Service Centre.

South Wales Police is committed to providing the best possible service to our communities and in April 2012 will move to a state of the art Public Service Centre in Bridgend. BOF worked closely with South Wales Police to supply and install furniture to this modern and technologically advanced building which will be home to Call & Incident Management operators who provide an emergency response to 999 calls and deal with 101 non emergency calls.

The move to the Public Service Centre represents a significant change to the South Wales Police manage calls from the public and for the very first time we will be operating from one location. Moving to the Public Service Centre will help deliver the most efficient and effective call handling service whilst helping to reduce costs in the current financial climate, BOF provided South Wales police with 3d Visuals and a video walkthrough which allowed the customer to visualise their new space before it's completion.

BOF ensured that the Public Service Centre building was designed and created to ensure the best possible environment is available to staff. After several months of planning and development the new Public Service Centre is in the final stages of development with staff moving into the building on April 3rd this year.
