Rachel Hancocks

Purchase Ledger Clerk

I have worked at BOF for 13 years. My role as purchase ledger clerk includes matching and checking invoices, making payments via BACS and cheques, setting up new supplier accounts, reconciliation of supplier statements, filing invoices, managing petty cash, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, monitoring credit balances and providing accurate financial information as needed. I take card payments for pro forma invoices and purchasing card invoices and update the financial information needed for ISO quality audits.

Outside of work I am busy with my 4 dogs, and my large family. My latest hobby is crocheting and this goes everywhere with me! I also enjoy knitting and card making.
