Dwr Cymru - Welsh Water
The Linea project was one of Cardiff's largest single-phase projects to take place during 2010. The landmark building offers 75,000sq ft. of open plan space over 2 floors and three atria. The contract also included the supply of task chairs, storage, restaurant and breakout furniture plus conference and training facilities.
DwrCymru Welsh Water, felt they needed to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness, while modernising their office space.
We were chosen to specify & supply loose furniture to the entire new building in St Mellons Business Park. This project required us to use our extensive experience to specify the correct product for the right purpose.
To facilitate 700+ staff, we used our signature desking range “Symphony” to create a busy and inspiring open plan office, with spaces for informal and formal meetings throughout. We also provided soft seating ranges for the internal “streets” and dining furniture for the buildings dedicated café.
