The design process starts with you. Our first step is to spend time with you to fully understand your needs and find out what you really need from your new environment. Would you like to re-enforce your brand identity? Improve creativity and productivity? Boost morale and well being? Integrate more staff or students? Asking these questions allows us to create a detailed brief to ensure our designs are exactly what you require. Once we have understood how your new environment needs to work, it’s on to our in-house Design Team.
Our experienced Space Planners use the latest version of AutoDesk’s Revit package to create 2D space plans and 3D concepts of your new environment. We’re able to create detailed furniture schedules allowing us to provide you with accurate quotations. Using our innovative virtual reality technology you can immerse yourself in your new environment, long before any items of furniture have been delivered.
We pride ourselves on being at the cutting edge. Using Revit allows us to produce all of our space plans to a BIM Level 2 standard. Revit also allows us to collaborate with Architect’s, Designers and Contractors to collaborate on drawings, saving time and ensuring that all design protocols are being met.
Design Proposals and Product Guides
Throughout the design process, our team will provide you with a number of documents to help visualise your new space. From inititial design proposals to detailed product guides; we aim to give you all the information required to make informed decisions on your environment, whether that be interior colour schemes or fabrics and finishes, we leave no stone unturned.
Photography and Video
Once your project is complete, we want to show it off just as much as you do. Our team will visit to photograph the new environment so it can feature in our gallery of completed projects.
